Keep your back straight and incline your head back so that you can see the ceiling. Press your lips together and start making exaggerated chewing movements for 20 times. This exercise will tone your neck and jaw muscles.

  • How to Tone Your Mouth and Chin

Keep your back straight and incline your head back so that you can see the ceiling. Open your mouth and push out your tongue as much as possible, but without feeling discomfort. Take regular breaths until you count to 10 then return your tongue to your mouth.

  • How to Tone Your Mouth and Jaw

Keep your back straight and look right ahead of you. Open your mouth as widely as you can, but without being uncomfortable. Breathe regularly through your nose, count to 10, then close your mouth as you normally do.

  • How to Tone Your Eyes and Brow

Keep your back straight and look right ahead of you. Move your eyes rotatively to the maximum right then maximum left. Repeat this exercise five times.
