Breast shape and firmness can be improved by some special exercises that are able to increase muscle tone. These exercises replace the plastic surgery, therefore important expenses are being prevented. All you have to do is follow some simple guidelines that help you regain the appearance and tone of your breasts.

  • Exercise for Increasing the Size

If you are dissatisfied with the size of your breasts, you have to strengthen the muscles below your breasts. In order to do so, you can perform an exercise that does not require any special equipment and it can be made at home. This exercise increases breast size and enhances their shape.

Instructions: Lie flat on our stomach and stretch out your toes. Bend your elbows and put your palms flat on the floor. Keep your palms in line with your shoulders and slowly raise your upper body. Sustain the stretch for minimum 15 seconds then relax. It is recommended to repeat this exercise 10 times per day.

  • Exercise for Achieving Firmness

There are many women whose breasts have lost their firmness. Breast feeding and weight variations are just a few causes that lead to reduced firmness. Due to stretching, the tissue of the breasts loses its tone, but the firmness of your breasts can be increased and the tissue can be pushed up if you start exercising.

Instructions: Lie on your stomach keeping your palms flat on the floor next to your upper arms. Cross your ankles and bend your knees. During this time, lift your upper body by pushing up onto your arms. Your head and body must be at the same level and try not to arch your back. Let down your body slowly. Make three sets of 10 repetitions per day. Do not forget to take short breaks in between sets.

  • Exercise for Lifting

Aging, breast feeding and weight variations can lead to sagging of the breasts. In order lift and tone your breasts, you have to do exercises which can strengthen the muscles beside and under the breasts. Bicep curls are among the best options and they can be performed anywhere, with the help of a bath towel.

Instructions: Stand up straight and hold a bath towel in front of you. At both ends, keep the towel firmly with your arms at the level of your shoulders. Pull at each end of the towel simultaneously in short tugs. You should feel resistance from both ends. Try not to lower the arms during the exercise. Perform this breast exercise daily in 3 sets of one-minute intervals.
