Exotic Fruits Smoothie
Fruits: a banana, a grapefruit, a kiwi, a ripe pear.

How to prepare:

Let it boil until it riches 100 degrees then reduce heat and simmer another 10-15 minutes. Do not cook too long because they lose from properties and the mixture will become watery and tasteless.
Then the apples are removed from the pan and passes well until you get a homogeneous paste. If necessary, thin the mixture with a little water or cooking (by preference). Sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon and serve warm to the baby.
