Snoring can become a serious problem for some people so our advice is to search for a surgical treatment that suits you but if you don´t have such a serious problem you should look at the non surgical treatments we found that say that they can help you.
We start with the surgical treatments and we have:
This procedure includes removing soft tissue from your throat and palate thus creating a bigger space for air to pass through. Basically they get rid of any obstacles that can cause your snoring.

This type of method removes some parts of the palate and the uvula.
3. Radio frequency ablation
This is also part of the procedures anti snoring and it simply reduces the uvula or the soft palate with the help of a needle electrode.

This surgery is done with the help of a laser with which the doctor creates a scar tissue so as to eliminate de vibrations causing your snoring.
For non surgical treatments this is what we found:
1. Nasal Strips
These strips are designed to be placed on your nose and to open the nasal passages so as to create a better passage for the air to enter.
2. CPAP or Continuous Positive Airway Pressure
This tretment consists of applying constant pressure to the thoat.This snoring procedure is famous since the 80´s.
3. Mechanical Devices
This devices should better be used after a long talk with your dentist or orthodontist because you may need to adjust them to you body construction.This procedure intends to make a wider space through the nose or jaw thus creating a suitable passage for the air to pass.
You can use some specific herbs for some anti snoring teas or you can inhale steam with essencial oils.For herbs you can use Hydrastis Canadensis, Solidago Virgauria and for steam besides oils you can use peppermint.
This procedure is useful for cleaning your nasal passages.It is advisable that you use marjoram oil for your aromatherapy.
6.Changing your sleeping position
Over time people have observed that if you sleep first on one side and then you sleep on your back the snoring will lessen.
7.Rise the head portion of the bed
This advice is very clever because it does help.If you raise the head of your bed then your tounge will not go in the back of your througt and thus you will not snore.
