Stressed?  Life?  Then you need this list of EO's to combat what life throws at you.  Keep in mind essential oils should be used with extreme caution and only use a couple of drops placed on a cloth or tissue to inhale.  Never place (Most) oils directly on skin or nose and NEVER let children get a hold of them.  You can really get creative and make your own blends, mix with a carrier oil and use as your own perfume, etc.
