Susie's home page

Susie's website, here she writes about food, wine, travel and just a little bit of ranting on the side when life seems to be getting out of control. The website is also a journey along the credit crunch highway that is hitting most countries at the moment

Welsh Adventure
I have been planning this trip for several months so when it finally came to packing the vehicle I suddenly found myself with butterflies in my stomach, wondering if I had built it up too much for the children, I h...

Crystal Bay Sauvignon Blanc
It has been a while since I put a new wine up, that has been due to the fact that I have not come across any really special wines that I considered in the correct price bracket for everyday drinking, there are hundreds of wonderful wines out there but a lot of them are quite pricey, my site is about everyday life and needs. You do not need a lot of this as it really is very rich, also if you use prunes you get a deep dark rich dish were if you use apricots it is sweeter and slightly lighter so y...
